Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and returns.
• Source parts and assist in generating sales activity.
• Support the stockroom and deliver orders as needed.
