Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Olympia, WA is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and customers. You will provide timely professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include handling customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting/returns, sourcing parts, and assisting in generating sales. You may help in the stockroom and deliver orders as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience in industrial distribution.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR).
• SAP/ERP experience a plus.
