Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO. You will support the sales team and customers with inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns while collaborating with Account Managers and the stockroom.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service or inside sales, attention to detail, and English communication. Local candidates with valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; mechanical aptitude.
• Computer knowledge including Excel; SAP/ERP experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• On-site work with no relocation benefits; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
• Expedite returns; sourcing parts.
• Assist in generating sales.
