Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Pasco, WA is hiring a full-time customer service representative (CSR) to support our sales team and customers onsite. Hours are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on timely, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage inquiries, quotes, order processing, sourcing parts, and delivering orders while helping to grow customer relationships and reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Experience in industrial distribution or related field a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales team with orders and quotes.
• Source parts and support order processing.
• Deliver orders as needed and help in the stockroom.
• Provide timely, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
