Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative to join our Omaha service center. You will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns in a fast-paced environment.

Located onsite with regular hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and basic Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, expediting/returns.
• Source parts as needed.
• Assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers.
