Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Critical Incident Response Agent to be on-site across assigned locations, providing proactive risk assessment and rapid incident response. You will assess sites, train staff, and help close gaps in physical security, access controls, and surveillance while coordinating with the Global Operations Center for 24/7 oversight.

You will serve as the on-scene responder during incidents, support Emergency Response Teams, and work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in physical security, emergency services, or the military.
• Hold or are able to obtain BLS, First Aid, AED, and Stop the Bleed certification, and incident command training (ICS and NIMS or equivalent).
• You stay calm and decisive when it matters most.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assess sites and drive remediation across access controls, surveillance, and procedure.
• Support on-site access and guest management.
• Help establish and lead site Emergency Response Teams (ERTs).
• Coordinate with the Global Operations Center for situational awareness and incident management.
