Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Critical Incident Response Agent to safeguard offices and people on-site. You will assess sites, coordinate with GOC, and lead on-scene responses, delivering training to build a strong safety culture across locations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in security or emergency services, with necessary certifications and the ability to work non-standard hours. This role is on-site across assigned locations with after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in physical security, emergency services, or the military with incident response.
• Ability to obtain or hold BLS, First Aid, AED, Stop the Bleed certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication for high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess sites and remediate risk; drive remediation with Workplace and site partners.
• Respond as the first qualified on-site responder and incident commander.
• Build local emergency response capability with site-level ERTs.
• Support threat assessment and workplace violence prevention.
• Deliver training and build a safety culture.
• Coordinate incidents with Global Operations Center.
• Support events and onsite operations.
• Uphold standards, readiness, and compliance.
