Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Physical Security Agent for the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) to monitor, triage, and respond to incidents affecting global workforce and assets. You will analyze alerts, coordinate actions, and escalate per GSS protocols, supporting around-the-clock operations with regional and global partners.

Role emphasizes rapid decision-making, coordination with Workplace, HR, Legal, Comms, and Operations, and maintaining incident documentation using Jira and other tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in emergency management, public safety, dispatch, GSOC, or related security operations environment.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certification (current)
• Advanced First Aid training (EMT preferred)
• Familiarity with incident management systems and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate real-time incident responses and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during incident response.
• De-escalate emergencies and ensure accurate incident reporting.
• Support activation of emergency response and crisis communication protocols.
