Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a GOC Analyst to monitor the Global Operations Center in a 24/7 environment, triage incidents, and coordinate rapid responses to protect people and assets. You will validate information, maintain situational awareness, and escalate with clear, decision-ready context across shifts and regions.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, calm decision-making under pressure, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a GSOC, GOC, SOC, or 24/7 operations/incidents environment.
• Working knowledge of incident triage, escalation protocols, and operational playbooks.
• Ability to assess information quality and provide clear operational context during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time dashboards, alerts, and signals to identify incidents across security, safety, and operations.
• Triage incidents, follow SOPs, and support incident command with documentation and coordination.
• Maintain situational awareness across shifts to understand risk and inform escalation decisions.
• Provide initial fact-finding, validate sources, and distinguish signal from noise to support escalation.
• Prepare concise shift reports and conduct thorough handovers.
