Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking a Project Manager to keep work moving, scope projects accurately, schedule realistically, and deliver on time and budget. You’ll connect clients, creative, and production, tracking status, risks, and next steps.

This role requires organized, direct communication and comfort saying when timelines don’t work. On-site in our office, reporting to Marketing and Creative Directors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and on budget.
• Strong written communication; capable of a clear status update.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana / Monday / Jira / Basecamp / ClickUp).
• Comfortable holding people to commitments, including those more senior.
• Detail-oriented while keeping big picture in mind.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope projects with creative and account teams, defining deliverables, hours, milestones, and dependencies.
• Create realistic timelines considering review cycles, client turnaround, and production lead times.
• Identify risks early and embed contingency plans in the schedule.
• Draft and maintain project docs: briefs, schedules, scopes of work, status reports.
