Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, procurement, execution and completion of engineering projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate with engineering staff to ensure tasks meet the SOW and timeline, visit sites as needed, and keep customers updated on progress, parts availability and manpower.

Qualifications

Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement control systems that meet requirements.
Create and implement debug/testing plans.
Schedule panel builds and shipments with the shop.
Experience with management tools, MS Project, MS Escel.
Develop/maintain engineering and commissioning schedules.
Identify and mitigate risks within project schedules.
Directs and coordinates installation activities to ensure conformance to design, production, and safety.

Responsibilities

Make decisions without constant direction regarding hours, schedule changes, and scope changes.
Participates in PM meetings and site visits as they relate to the job.
Works with sales to ensure change orders are captured.
Manages and oversees outside contractors (invoicing, engineering, commissioning, standby support).
Able to assist on a project in any capacity to ensure total completion.
