Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Professional licensure (PE) in the applicable state highly valued.
• 7+ years design experience with project leadership.
• Experience in project management and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Manages project scopes, schedules, budgets, and delivery.
• Identifies prospective clients and leads in proposal and contract processes.
• Oversees structural design, coordination, and quality; may act as engineer of record.
• Supervises Project Engineers and performs performance reviews.
• Contributes to company-wide technical innovation and data collection.
