Staffmark is recruiting a Creative Marketing Manager in Plano, TX for a contract role on-site. You will lead end-to-end creative development for Digital Appliances, manage agency partners, and optimize the consumer journey across digital and in-store channels.

You will collaborate with CRM, Paid, Social, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging, while driving impactful promotions and KPI-driven decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications/Advertising.
• 4-5 years of directly applicable brand and product marketing experience with cross-functional collaboration and measurable results.
• Proven experience managing creative agency relationships — writing briefs, driving timelines, and reviewing work for quality and strategy.
• Strong understanding of UX and on-site functionality as it relates to shaping the consumer journey.
• Experience managing creative asset workflows across digital and in-store channels.
• Comfort working across CRM, Paid, Social, and e-commerce teams to align messaging and landing experiences.
• Excellent written communication with ability to write concise briefs that inspire creativity.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to track, analyze, and communicate KPIs tied to marketing and creative performance.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end creative development for assigned categories within the Digital Appliances line; write briefs, manage agency workflow and timelines, and run internal reviews.
• Own the consumer experience on our website in partnership with Demand Gen Digital & E‑com teams; sharpen value propositions to drive conversion.
• Serve as the connective thread across CRM, Paid, Social, and Retail Ops; ensure messaging and in-store creative stay consistent.
• Ideate and champion creative concepts; act as primary contact for agencies to ensure asset execution across channels.
• Lead strategic cross-line-of-business promotions that drive sell-through; translate results into executive-ready presentations.
• Identify process and efficiency improvements across digital workflows as the team scales.
• Track and analyze KPIs across marketing tactics to show what’s working and inform next steps.
