Job summary

DeLallo is seeking a Sales Analyst/Support Specialist to join our growing sales support team at our corporate office in Mount Pleasant, PA. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and prior data analysis experience to support management, sales teams, and promotional planning.

Day shift, on-site work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates should bring quantitative skills and a collaborative mindset to help drive growth in a family-owned specialty foods company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative emphasis or related field.
2+ years in Marketing/Business Analyst/Data Science role.
Experience with MS Excel, Access and BI tools (Cognos, Microsoft BI) preferred.
Ability to solve complex business problems using data analytics.
Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build reports using syndicated data to provide insights to management and sales team.
Provide quarterly and monthly sales data reports and communicate findings.
Assist with development of Customer Management System to track promotions and performance.
Build category review slides and presentations using syndicated data for sales teams.
Create promotional materials from syndicated data to support new/existing items.
