Job summary

DeLallo is seeking a Sales Analyst/Support Specialist to join our growing sales support team at our corporate office in Mount Pleasant, PA. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and prior data analysis experience to support management, sales teams, and promotional planning.

Day shift, on-site work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates should bring quantitative skills and a collaborative mindset to help drive growth in a family-owned specialty foods company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative emphasis or related field.
• 2+ years in Marketing/Business Analyst/Data Science role.
• Experience with MS Excel, Access and BI tools (Cognos, Microsoft BI) preferred.
• Ability to solve complex business problems using data analytics.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build reports using syndicated data to provide insights to management and sales team.
• Provide quarterly and monthly sales data reports and communicate findings.
• Assist with development of Customer Management System to track promotions and performance.
• Build category review slides and presentations using syndicated data for sales teams.
• Create promotional materials from syndicated data to support new/existing items.

DeLallo is seeking a Sales Analyst/Support Specialist to join our growing sales support team. This position requires a strong analytical skillset with prior experience in a data analysis role.

Schedule

Job Functions

• Build reports using syndicated data that provides insights to management and sales team pertaining to DeLallo performance and growth as well as competitor performance and overall trends across a variety of grocery segments
• Provide quarterly and monthly sales data reports to management and sales team and communicate findings
• Assist with development of Customer Management System to track promotions and promotional performance and effectiveness to inform and shape future promotional plans
• Utilize syndicated data to build category review slides and/or full presentations to be used by sales team in category review presentations
• Utilize syndicated data to build promotional materials for new and existing DeLallo grocery items to enhance sales presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Statistics/Mathematics or other related degree with strong quantitative emphasis
• 2+ years of work experience in a Marketing/Business Analyst/Data Science role
• Experience with MS Excel, Access and other BI tools, including Cognos and Microsoft BI is preferred
