Job summary

Kreate Hub in the Bronx is seeking a hands-on Coworking Community & Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive occupancy, and coordinate member services on-site.

You will manage inquiries, tours, renewals, budgets, vendors and events while reporting directly to the CEO; a four-year background in coworking or hospitality and CRM experience are essential for success in this busy community space, with a schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in coworking or hospitality operations.
• Experience handling sales/renewal processes with measurable occupancy or revenue impact.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication and policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with CRM, property-management or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high occupancy: handle inquiries, tours, follow-ups, renewals and sales pipeline.
• Deliver reliable member service and enforce policies in daily interactions.
• Run daily operations: coordinate maintenance, vendors, supplies and move-ins/move-outs.
• Manage collections and expenses with accurate records and budget control.
• Coordinate events and partnerships to boost member engagement and attraction.
