The role blends membership growth, events, and daily operations. Requires a four-year degree and 3–5 years in coworking, hospitality, or related fields; onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, sales, or operations.
• Sales and business operations experience required.
• Financial literacy and experience managing a team preferred.
• Onsite presence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior staff in daily community operations.
• Train newly hired ambassadors and hospitality assistants.
• Motivate team and align goals across sales, operations, finance, and member experience.
• Assist with tours and selling space to meet occupancy targets.
• Lead leasing platform management and event space sales.
• Manage onboarding, space operations, and vendor relationships.
• Develop community initiatives and member-focused events.
• Monitor budgets, billing, and cost-saving opportunities.
