Job summary

Heritage Ascent is seeking a Community Manager to support day-to-day operations, member experience, and growth across our coworking locations in New Mexico. This onsite role is the primary contact for members, guests, and prospects and involves lead follow-up, tours, proposals, marketing, billing, and reporting.

You'll collaborate on events, member communications, and SOPs, while helping implement Yardi Kube and Canva-based materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in coworking, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Ability to travel between Heritage Ascent locations as business needs require.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to bring ideas and implement them.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite contact for members, guests, and prospective clients.
• Create a welcoming, hospitality-focused experience and build relationships with members.
• Coordinate onboarding, access, bookings, mail/packages, and other member services.
• Monitor space, ensure cleanliness, availability of supplies, and readiness for members.
• Identify maintenance and facility needs and drive issues to resolution.
• Respond promptly to leads and inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
