Job summary

Tishman Speyer’s Studio in Beverly Hills seeks a Coworking Manager to lead a hospitality-driven team and drive occupancy, events, and member experience. You’ll manage ambassadors, conduct tours, and coordinate cross-functional operations to deliver exceptional spaces.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in coworking or related fields, a four-year degree, and comfort working onsite in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• College graduate with four-year degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, sales, or operations.
• Sales and business operations experience required.
• Financial literacy and experience managing a team preferred.
• onsite presence is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior staff (ambassadors and hospitality assistants) in daily community operations.
• Train newly hired ambassadors and hospitality assistants.
• Motivate team and hold them accountable for responsibilities and goals across sales, operations, finance, member experience, hospitality.
• Assist with tours and selling space to meet occupancy targets.
• Lead leasing platforms and external bookings management.
• Oversee new member onboarding, space operations, and space maintenance.
• Develop community initiatives and event strategy to connect members.
