Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Collection Agent or Supervisor strongly desired.
• Responsible for maintaining the security of consumer and client funds.
• Licensable in all applicable states and/or provinces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Court staff and assist consumers at the front counter.
• Determine actions to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Conduct weekly meetings with staff for questions and training.

Education
