Qualifications

• Must have COOP experience and manage on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Cooperative Apartment Building.
• Manage contractors, elevator/fire system inspections, and staff.
• Communicate with residents and Board members effectively.
• Process purchases, reviews, and approvals for expenses.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
• Enter and track maintenance work orders and inspections.
• Supervise staff and payroll, and coordinate with Superintendent.
