Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 4-8 years of experience on $15-$30M+ projects in superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• STS-C Certification required.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed training helpful.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners and subs to meet project schedule.
• Develops and communicates the field work plan for changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Participates in constructability reviews and evaluates change impacts.
• Obtains necessary permits for construction.
• Acts as primary safety representative in the field.
• Establishes credibility with owners and contractors.
• Leads contractor meetings and manages daily reports.
• Creates and updates the project schedule with contingency plans.
• Communicates schedule status and changes to team and trades.
• Plans and manages jobsite logistics.
• Oversees quality plan and conducts inspections.
• Mentors field engineers and supports buyout and T&M tracking.
