Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience on $15–30 million or larger construction projects.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification required.
• First Aid, CPR, AED certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of trade partners and subcontractors.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents to prevent problems.
• Communicate schedule status and updates to the project team.
• Plan and manage jobsite logistics effectively.
