Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners and subs to meet schedule.
• Develops and communicates field work plans for changes.
• Maintains contract document understanding to anticipate issues.
• Participates in constructability reviews and change impacts.
• Obtains necessary permits for construction.
• Acts as primary safety representative on site.
• Maintains credibility with owners and trades through trusted environment.
• Leads contractor meetings regularly.
• Maintains daily reports and project documentation.
• Creates and updates project schedule with contingencies.
• Communicates schedule status to team and trades.
• Plans site logistics and oversees quality plans.
• Mentors junior field engineers and writes scopes of work.
• Assists in time & materials tracking.
• Leads daily huddles and pre-task plan reviews.
• Supports a positive, inclusive work environment.
• May assist with tasks for junior positions.
