Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing multi-family construction projects.
• Experience with site work, utilities, structure and finishes.
• OSHA 10 hour preferred; First Aid training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction of a single multi-family project from start to finish.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage on-site crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and code compliance throughout the project.
• Provide regular progress reports and align with project schedule and budget.
• Support Project Manager and interact with stakeholders to resolve issues.
