Job summary

Mountain Management Group is seeking a Superintendent for a multifamily construction project in Charlotte, NC. The role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive and involves coordinating with subcontractors and guiding the project team to maintain safety and timely completion.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Project Manager on contract administration, ensuring on-site supervision, and delivering projects that meet quality and schedule expectations.

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Podium experience is highly preferred.
• Austin experience is highly preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with subcontractors on site.
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Provide direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time.
• Perform on-site Superintendent duties.
