The candidate should have 5+ years of construction experience, 3+ years in field supervision, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and coordinates overall workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control.
• Leads meetings including daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Creates and updates the project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and costs using project reports.
