Job summary

NEI General Contracting seeks an experienced on-site Superintendent to oversee all active construction activities, ensure safety, manage scheduling, and coordinate closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors.

The role requires 5–15 years of construction experience and an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Construction Management, plus strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of relevant construction experience required, preferably with CM/GC.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience delivering projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities with safety focus.
• Assist the Project Manager with construction activities and coordination.
• Coordinate schedules and maintain the master project schedule; track progress.
• Supervise all on-site subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain project documentation and logs (daily reports, RFIs, submittals).
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with NEI safety policies.
