Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• CHST certification required or within 2 years of appointment.
• Completed OSHA 30-hour training and current First Aid/CPR/AED certs.
• Knowledgeable of Federal, State, and local EH&S regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S on a single construction project, enforcing policy per HQ guidance.
• Manage time and resources, providing safety leadership to the project.
• Assess safety exposures and implement mitigation actions.
• Develop and deliver site-specific safety trainings for staff and subcontractors.
• Review subcontractor safety programs and Pre-Task Plans for compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and prepare reports on violations and corrective actions.
