Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety initiatives on our construction sites across the United States. The role includes implementing safety programs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring regulatory compliance to protect workers and contractors.

The successful candidate will bring OSHA 30hr certification, First Aid/CPR/AED credentials, and 3–5 years of construction safety experience.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a Health and Safety role.
• Willingness to travel to job sites nationwide.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations, recommending corrective actions.
