Job summary

SiteLine Services seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee onsite activities for major construction projects. You will coordinate field teams and subcontractors, perform safety and quality inspections, and ensure adherence to OSHA standards while maintaining project schedules.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in large scale construction, site services, or relevant industries.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required (if not held, course provided and must be obtained within hire timeframe).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations on the construction site and control the short-term schedule by coordinating field teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular job-site inspections, equipment inspections, and safety audits for the services provided to support the construction site.
• Coordinate services, oversee subcontractors, and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Monitor project cost and profitability; assist in budget adherence and variance analysis.
• Meet with project managers and owners to relay progress and resolve issues.
• Develop and update project schedules and daily site logs; prepare daily reports.
• Direct and supervise site personnel, conduct training, and enforce company policies.
