Job summary

Timberlake Construction seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors and labor, and ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role focuses on delivering projects efficiently and cost-effectively while upholding our commitment to building the right way.

You will plan look-ahead schedules, oversee QA/QC programs, coordinate with the Owner's representative, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of construction operations experience.
• Experience in general commercial building markets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage safety and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and quality programs on the project site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and labor to maintain schedule and quality.
• Identify and report issues to the Project Manager and document progress.
• Review change orders and subcontract agreements; monitor budget for each activity.
• Prepare daily reports and photos, using Procore for site records.
• Maintain communication with Owner's representative and attend progress meetings.
• Provide support and mentoring to co-workers and customers.
