RQ Construction, LLC seeks an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee field quality programs for military and federal projects across San Diego County. The role involves developing QC plans, coordinating inspections, and ensuring work meets contract specs.

This is a field-based position requiring on-site work and travel to various active jobsites throughout the county, with a focus on safety, documentation, and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5-10 years of leadership in commercial construction roles.
• At least 2 consecutive years as a Quality Control Manager.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors certification or equivalent required.
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and internet apps.
