Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to join our Field Operations team. The CQCM will develop, coordinate, and execute a project-specific quality control plan, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and on-site quality standards.

Role involves maintaining thorough documentation, fostering strong client relationships, and working on active military construction sites, with assignments across the southeastern United States; Kings Bay

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• A combined total of 10+ years in the commercial construction industry in roles such as Superintendent, QC Manager, PM, or Project Engineer.
• At least 2 years of direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors certification required; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute a project-specific quality control plan meeting contractual requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality standards and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure overall satisfaction.
