Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for a military base project in Pensacola, FL. The role involves developing and executing a quality control plan, ensuring standards, maintaining documentation, and fostering client relationships.

This is an on-site position with a swing shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with possible travel. Qualified candidates need a BA/BS in a relevant field, 10+ years in commercial construction, and a current USACE CQM certification;

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Industrial/Construction/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Total 10+ years in commercial construction, with roles like Superintendent or Project Manager.
• At least 2 years direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors certification; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred.
• LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate credentials are a plus; EM 385-1-1 Level 1, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30 required

• Develop, coordinate, and execute a project-specific quality control plan.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality standards and maintain documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure overall satisfaction.
