Qualifications

• Five years or more as a Quality Control Manager or Superintendent on NAVFAC/USACE projects, or ten years as a foreman in specified trades on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests from construction contractor for outages, permits, and routes; track status and report delays.
• Attend safety, CQC, and partnering meetings.
• Develop Quality Assurance Plans with FEAD/ROICC and others.
• Prepare Construction Representative's Reports (CRRs).
• Monitor CQC compliance with contract documents and report non-compliance.
• Review submittals and environmental protection requirements.
• Maintain Submittal Register and project files.
• Perform technical reviews of submittals and conduct site documentation.
