Job summary

Hoffman Construction, based in Seattle, seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC programs on active projects. You will work on-site, plan and execute quality work with trade partners, and ensure installations meet contract documents and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction and/or QA/QC experience
• Experience developing and implementing QA/QC programs across trades
• Ability to read design documents and identify constructability issues
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project QA/QC programs.
• Review and approve trade QA/QC programs and procedures.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities on-site with teams and trade partners.
• Ensure adherence to design documents, specs, codes, and client expectations.
• Mentor staff and disseminate technical information across the company.
• Manage accountability of trade partners to specifications and codes.
