Job summary

Hoffman Construction in Boise is seeking a Quality Manager to lead on-site QA/QC programs and coordinate with project teams and trade partners. The role ensures materials and installations meet contract requirements and industry standards.

Candidates should have at least five years in construction QA/QC, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff. This is a full-time, on-site position located at the Boise job site with Hoffman’s dedicated teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in construction QA/QC or related field.
• Strong experience with QA/QC procedures and site execution.
• Solid written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to mentor staff and coordinate with trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project QA/QC programs on site.
• Review and approve trade contractor QA/QC programs and procedures.
• Lead coordination meetings with trade partners and project teams.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and witness QA/QC activities on site.
• Review design documents for constructability issues.
• Monitor construction to ensure compliance with specs and codes.
• Investigate material interactions and resolve issues.
• Mentor staff and disseminate technical information across the company.
