Responsibilities

• Develop, tailor, and oversee project QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Lead inspection protocols across all project stages to ensure quality compliance.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and QA/QC personnel toward contractual quality requirements.
• Organize QA planning meetings and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure inspections and testing align with standards and schedules.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Maintain robust documentation and reports in regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in quality matters during client interactions and audits.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to elevate quality outcomes.
• Coach and mentor QA/QC staff through targeted training.
