Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Construction QA/QC Program Manager to lead site quality control on Bremerton projects. The role involves developing project-specific QA/QC procedures, coordinating with PMs, engineers, and trade partners, and ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.

The candidate will mentor junior engineers, update QC plans for new submittals, and present data-driven recommendations to the client to prevent rework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years leading construction quality control.
• Strong communication and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of building methods, materials, testing, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and roll out project-specific QA/QC procedures.
• Lead field inspections and verifications to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and safety requirements.
• Resolve nonconformances with project managers, engineers, and trade partners; implement corrective actions.
• Author thorough quality reports and track trends to drive improvements.
• Mentor team members on QC standards, inspection methods, and documentation discipline.
