Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or technical training plus 5–10 years field experience as a Project Manager.
• Solid experience reading and interpreting plans and specs; ability to develop scope from plans and assess shop drawings and submittals.
• Experience estimating and managing budgets; ability to handle contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Set objectives and plans, oversee construction from design through completion.
• Project Accounting: Develop budgets, track expenses, manage contracts and payment requisitions.
• Project Compliance: Ensure insurance, safety plans, permits, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subs, and internal teams.
• Reporting: Monitor progress, ensure documentation is complete, and communicate with clients.
