Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of field experience as a Project Manager with an established construction firm.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, RFIs and submittals.
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and safety planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and scheduling from conception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
• Process contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and payments.
• Ensure safety plans, permit tracking, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Produce regular progress updates and client deliverables.
