Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks an on-site Project Manager for construction in New York, NY. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance across all project phases, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years of PM experience on construction projects, with strong reading of plans & specs and proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam/Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or technical training with 5–10 years field PM experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs and derive scope from them.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across all phases from design through completion.
• Assist in developing budgets and schedules; track expenses and manage change orders.
• Ensure insurance, safety plans, permits, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, hold status meetings, and review client deliverables.
