You’ll work on estimating, permits, safety, purchasing, submittals, and tracking materials, with opportunities to engage field teams and learn change orders and warranties.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry and project management.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Demonstrated proficiency of math and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication while working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Job: Estimating, Job contracts, Permits and insurance certificates.
• During Construction: Safety, Purchasing, Submittals, Tracking materials & equipment, Field personnel tracking, Productivity tracking, Change order submittals and tracking.
• Job Closeout: O&M manuals, As-recording drawings warranties.
