Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom construction and manufacturing projects in Mansfield, MA. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating design, production, and field installation from kickoff to closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets and schedules, review drawings, and liaise with engineering, production, and customers. 5+ years in construction PM, with AutoCAD/Bluebeam experience preferred, and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or related industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Field measurements/site surveys experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal teams and customers.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and field teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, procurement, and milestones.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts to ensure requirements.
• Manage communications with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues, coordinate change orders, mitigate schedule impacts.
• Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and support installations.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
