Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management software and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets within financial constraints.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigations as necessary.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
