Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction, ideally in a PM capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience with estimating and budgeting.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Massachusetts driver’s license and building license as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–5 residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, vendors, and internal team.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to guide project work.
• Monitor progress and proactively address issues as they arise.
• Estimate costs and assist with budgeting and planning.
• Participate in client meetings and develop new project opportunities.
• Ensure quality, safety, and craftsmanship meet company standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project.
