Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom construction and manufacturing projects from planning through completion. This is a full-time, on-site role serving the commercial construction industry.

You will coordinate all phases, including design, production, and field installation, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaboration with engineering, production, field teams, customers, and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required or strong equivalence.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, material procurement, and production milestones.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project communications with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues, coordinate change orders, and mitigate schedule impacts.
• Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and support installations.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
