Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Farmington Hills, MI, to lead all phases of commercial construction projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial design/build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project controls.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for project success.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources.
• Monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maintain high-quality standards and safety compliance.
