Jobot is seeking a seasoned Assistant Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The role is hybrid and based in Mansfield, MA, offering a structured environment with growth opportunities.

Salary is $80,000-$90,000 per year, with full benefits and equal opportunity employment. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and coordination with consultants and staff to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, architecture, engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with project management software tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation and tracking of construction projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope with senior management.
• Create a detailed work plan and sequence activities.
• Determine resources (time, budget, equipment) required.
• Develop a schedule and allocate resources to activities.
• Review schedule with management and staff; revise as needed.
• Execute the project according to the plan.
• Orient project personnel to the organization and project.
• Contract qualified consultants as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure successful completion.
• Establish a communication schedule with stakeholders.
• Review quality of work to meet project standards.
